HR Humidifer Tank Connector Kit

Prevent your Humidifier running out of water!

Keep your environment’s humidity bang on even when you’re not there to top up your humidifier.

Greatly extend the time between top-ups with this connector kit – Usually you can only rely on the internal capacity to provide the water to power the humidifier, with this kit and a tank or reservoir, you can leave the grow room unattended for a longer period of time.

Use in conjunction with a Thermohygrometer and a Humidistat to accurately and automatically control the humidity in your environment.

Thanks to the quick click connect fittings, its really easy to install, reposition or remove when it’s time to flower plants. (high humidity is not recommended during the bloom phase.)

Humidifier Tank Connector Kit Includes:

• 2 x 13mm quick release, click fit hose pipe connectors
• 13mm to 6mm reducer
• 3 metres of 13mm hosepipe
• 3 metres of 6mm pipe

The connection kit relies on gravity to create pressure throughout the pipework – Keep your tank above the humidifier to keep the water pressure high enough to feed the humidifier.

How to use:

This kit allows you to have a maximum of 6 metres between the tank and humidifier, if you require a longer run, purchase some extra 13mm or 6mm Flexi-Pipe .

You’ll need a reservoir/tank/water butt with a 13mm tap or outlet preferably at the bottom.

Run the 13mm hose from the tank to one of the click and connect hose fittings. Use the 13mm – 6mm reducer to connect the 13mm hose to the 6mm pipe that fits into the HR15 or HR50 humidifiers.

We recommend only using r/o water with humidifiers. When tap water is used, the Calcium and magnesium will condense and form a deposit which can reduce reflectivity of your reflectors.
